An impressive share, I just with all this onto a new colleague who had been doing somewhat analysis about this. Keep working on your delivery to be a bit more natural, Andrew. Shorten up the sentences so you can slow down and breathe more naturally. Pause a bit between sentences.
As for writing, focus on leads and transitions. It’s not always clear when you change stories. Story 2 and 3 are pretty good, but the Cain story seems a bit rough. Maybe it’s the description.
Your introduction of sources is good, though the Josh quote isn’t all that quote-worthy. Much better with Chaps and Keller.
