Can Daylight Saving Time Affect Your Health?

 

This Sunday is daylight savings time and clocks will be turned back one hour. Everyone looks forward to that extra hour of sleep Saturday night. But what one doctor says that seasonal changes can greatly affect the public’s outlook and mood. The transition can be a struggle for some and can really misaligned people.

Not many people probably knew about there are more affects than you think when daylight savings time occurs. It can affect some people’s health and sleep pattern. The best way to get sleep is take some medicine to help you sleep. It should only take two to three weeks to get used to adjusting to winter and get back on schedule. Dr.Sharp warns that just because it gets dark earlier doesn’t mean it is ok to start happy hour earlier or Daylight Saving could leave you with a hangover.
