Individuals are tired of FIJI Frats getting away with Sexual Assaults and are making a stand.
On Monday, August 24th there was another sexual assault report at the Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) fraternity at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
According to 1011now.com students gathered at the front of FIJI house around 10pm to begin protesting. Another source, thedailynebraskan.com stated that the protests went on for several nights.
FIJI was suspended from March 2017 to May 2020 due to their sexual harassment pattern. This is means that they are still on probation from their last crimes. UNL Chancellor Ronnie Green said that they will continue to be on probation and also suspended while the investigation is ongoing according to cbsnews.com. The Fraternity’s house is also closed.
