This article on the Baltimore Ravens website talks about their recent loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The whole purpose of the writing is to tell fans that this one loss is not the end of the world for our team. The writer explains that they very obviously weren’t the better team on the field, but that doesn’t mean that they can improve until they get another shot at the Chiefs. The article ends by saying essentially that if that was the wake up call for the Ravens, they must be awake now (meaning they will play better in upcoming weeks).

I think this article is very good. The overall reaction from fans after a loss is almost always negative, especially after getting embarrassed on Monday Night Football the way they did. An article like this that stays optimistic is exactly what fans who are down in the dumps after a game need to stay positive about the season. The writer pointed out the issues the team needed to fix, but stayed optimistic the entire time which is also a good look for the Baltimore Ravens website.

BaltimoreRavens.com has to be positive. That’s its job. This isn’t a “news” site as such. A bit closer to promotional website, like the Morningside website. Same purpose, but good comment.
