Interview Jacob Murphy

In my interview with Jacob Murphy regarding the approach to the COVID-19 virus at Morningside College, one thing was clear: he wasn’t necessarily thrilled with how the college has handled everything so far.

Jacob thinks that the school is handling it poorly, but he says he seems like they are trying to even “do too much” at times. He said: “The school is trying to control everything, when in reality they aren’t really controlling anything.”

He was also unhappy with the quarantine policy at the school. Jacob is not a fan of the rule of mandatory quarantine if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, even if you are wearing a mask. He later goes on to say “if we are having to quarantine while wearing masks in class, what is the point of wearing masks?”

About the lead: “Jacob Murphy … [isn’t] necessarily thrilled with how the college has handled [COVID] so far.

Then ask follow up questions and explainMurphy’s thinking. ID him in graf 2 or 3. Morningside junior.

You have a run-on sentence in the final graf, but otherwise fine.
