This article talks about the upset victory the University of Louisiana-Lafayette had on September 12th against Iowa State in Ames, Iowa. The Rajun’ Cajuns won the game 31-14, which shocked many as the AP 23rd ranked Cyclones were the favorite to win. The article goes over a game summary explaining the major plays and stats that went on during the game, including a punt return and kickoff return for touchdown for the Cajuns that ended up resulting in a win for the team.

I think this article is very well written. Coming from the ULL site, most articles could be biased. However, this article seems very unbiased, and even notes the scoring plays from the Cyclones. If one was not able to watch the game but wanted a brief recap of the game, this article is a perfect example of what someone would be looking for.

As a ULL sports site, it should be biased. That’s what sports information departments are for. But at the same time, the readers will want to have a full report of the game, not just “homerism.”
