Welcome to my blog.  A Taste of Something New is all about food and restaurants in Sioux City, Iowa.  This is for my May term class.  We are going out to eat for lunch everyday for 14 day.  After our meal, we critique the food and the restaurants through our own blogs.  My goal for this class is to try something new at every restaurant, no matter how strange it looks or sounds.  This class sounded interesting to be because even though I am from Sioux City, I have never heard of some of the restaurants we plan on going too.  I thought it would be fun trying new places.  Who knows, maybe I will find a new favorite restaurant!
