Campus Cuisine: Overnight Oats

By Mia Wenzel – Overnight oats are uncooked oats you let soak in the refrigerator overnight in a liquid like yogurt or milk. Unlike hot oatmeal, overnight oats are enjoyed cold and creamy. You can customize them by changing the soaking liquid or adding various mix-ins such as fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, or sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. This versatility makes it easy to create a delicious and varied breakfast!
