by Chaise Pfanstiel–It’s Homecoming Week and MAC has put together a schedule for a fun–filled week leading to the big game. Kicking off the week right away, there is an opportunity to make street signs starting Monday at 11:00a.m. in Yockey.
Tuesday, Oct. 3, coronation of a king and queen will be held in the outdoor performance center starting at 7p.m. Comedian and juggler Ivan Pecel is set to perform.
The events keep going as Wednesday, Oct 4, there will be a large bingo game in Yockey starting at 8:00 p.m. To wind down the week, MAC has arranged a speaker, Wes Mathesion, to speak in Eppley Auditorium, starting at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Friday, Oct. 6, the student government office will have cowbells available to students to paint/decorate however they would like. This will go from 11:00-2:00 p.m.
On Saturday, The Mustang football team will take on the Concordia Bulldogs in Elwood Olsen Stadium at 1:30p.m. The Taste of Morningside will follow the game in the Mason Family Tennis Center parking lot. Lastly, on game day, Karaoke night will be held at Bucks, starting at 8:00 p.m.
