Amburn’s Produce Market spilled the beans leading to injury, followed by a lawsuit.

Ellie Maston, a Sioux City resident, was grocery shopping at Amburn’s Produce Market when she slipped and broke her hip. The culprit being spilled green beans.

Maston is charging the market with negligence. The lawsuit also alleges that she “suffered permanent bodily and mental injuries, incurred medical expenses and lost income.”

The lawsuit is currently being settled in court despite the incident occurring April 2nd of this year.
