MAC Goes to NACA to Scope Future Campus Events

By Diane Nguyen–It’s another year and the Morningside Activities Counsel  is gearing up and getting ready to go to NACA, which is April 6^th-10^th in Madison, WI.

NACA is the National Association of Campus Activities. It is a convention where several performers and their agents come and showcase their talents and try their best to get booked. Several different schools go to NACA and this is where the MAC Team goes to get the best deal on events. MAC books a majority of the campus activities and events here for the following school year.

MAC Members will live tweeting events from NACA and posting frequently on Facebook.

April:

Friday 15^th – The Hunts

• A family band. The sound of The Hunts is a play on folk music with a poppy tune. You can listen to them on Spotify.
• In Yockey at 8pm

Saturday 16^th – Spring Formal

• Brought to you by Student Government
• Theme: Great Gatsby
• Location: Sioux City Convention Center
• Time: 10pm-1am
• Buses will run until everyone is back.

Wednesday 20^th – Bingo

• Yockey at 8pm

Wednesday 27^th – Carnival!!!
