Amburn’s Produce Faces 100,000 lawsuit

Amburn’s Produce Market faces 100,000 dollar lawsuit in court today due to injury occurred at their market in April.

Ellie Maston is pressing charges more negligence that left her suffering, “permanent bodily and mental injuries.” Due to these injuries she is also seeking pay for the expensive medical bills and lost income.

The injury took place on April 2 at when Amburn’s Produce Market worker leaving green beans on the floor. This lead to Maston slipping over on them and breaking her hip.

The lawsuit is still on going.
