Both teams saw difficult playing conditions in a snow Olsen Stadium, but the men had to battle for a 3-0 win over visiting Dakota Wesleyan.
The women didn’t have the blowing snow, but still had a snow-covered field and cold breezy conditions for their 3-1 victory.
Morningside’s women’s team finished the season in a tie with Dordt for fourth in the conference at 7-3-2 (10-4-3 overall). Dordt will get the four seed and host Morningside in the opening round of the conference tournament.
The men finished 6-5-6 overall and will Morningside and will play Hastings Wednesday in the first round.
