About me…
Hello, my name is Nienke van Drunen and I am 18-years-old. I was born on September 1st 2003 in the Netherlands in the city Den Haag (The Hague). I am a sophomore at Morningside University and I am majoring in Criminal Justice. I came to the United States to explore and learn more about the country and to experience being a student-athlete at a University. I am a Middle Blocker on Morningside’s women’s volleyball team. I have been playing volleyball since I was 12.
I don’t know for sure yet what it is that I want to do later. I love playing volleyball and playing sports in general. But one thing I know for sure that I want to do is travel. I have been traveling since I was a little kid and I absolutely love it. I have been to a lot of countries in Europe, the United States, and Canada, but there is still so much more that I want to see. On the top of my list right now are Indonesia and Thailand.
