Sadler, desires to become a sports management director for a professional soccer club. At first, he was interested in a 2. division soccer club in the United States of America. However, now he is applying for his favorite club Bayern Munich which has always been his dream. “It is important to aim high to make your goals become reality” is what Sadler says about why he changed his application. Even though Bayern Munich is one of the worlds best soccer clubs and the competition for the job is very high, you will never know if you would have made it if you did not try it, according to Sadler.

This situation shows that Sadler is very ambitious when it comes to his career and goal setting, but also that he is a risk taker and not a procrastinator when it comes to his dreams.
