Fire fighter falls from tree and break leg attempting to save a cat. A local fire fighter, Bob Harwood responded to a call on 102 11th avenue to a cat in tree. The Calico cat was the pride and joy of Suzanne and Samantha Decker.

Harwood fell 15 feet from the tree when some dead limbs broke. Harwood broke his left leg. Harwood is doing “just fine” he said while at St. Lukes Hospital. The cat is also doing just fine as it landed safely on top of Harwood as the limbs broke to pieces.
