by Abby Koch- Despite taking the first set of the match, the Morningside Mustangs fell short to the University of Jamestown Jimmies 3-1.
The Mustangs would take the first set with a score of 25-22. Jimmies would start a strong push that would help them with the next three sets.
Morningside now fall to a season record of 2-5. The women Mustangs will travel to face their cross town rival Briar Cliff on Wednesday, with the game starting at 7:30PM.
