The Mustangs took it to the No. 1-ranked Park Pirates in the women’s NAIA Volleyball Championships Tuesday night, but came out on the short end of a 3-1 decision.
Morningside faced the defending national champion in the first round of pool play, falling 17-25, 15-25, 25-22, 21-25.
Next up is #16 Oklahoma City,. That game is 4 pm Wednesday (12.4).
