For the ‘Entitlement’ idea I would talk about the sharing of passwords for paid stuff such as: DirecTV, Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, and many more. Sharing these passwords are something almost everybody does now-a-days, especially millennials.
For the ‘Health Care’ idea I would talk about how why I believe everybody should have it, and how it should be provided to everybody at a much cheaper rate.
The account sharing story is obviously the more “doable” of the two. And you should be able to find sources pretty easily. One thing to look into is if/how Netflix, Spotify, et al, are tracking people down.
