A wrongly plane crash leaves many people uncertain of why and what was the reasoning of the pilot Corey Patterson to want to crash the plane and hurt other lives.

Around 5am in the morning he/ Corey Patterson called 911 and threatened to crash the plane into Walmart in Tupelo, which worried the authories and made them clear out and get that place surrounded. As Mr. Patterson and authories communicating convincing him to not crash then plane he flew over Walmart and kept flying the plane. Authorities said Patterson did not have enough flight experience to know how to land and another pilot was brought in to talk Patterson through the process.

As Patterson was 100 feet from his landing spot he redirected into the air and headed north in the city of Tupelo. In the article it said “Authorities said they lost contact with Patterson about 45 minutes later, but then, just before 10:15 a.m., negotiators were back in touch with him and confirmed that he landed in a field, about 85 miles southeast of Memphis and about 45 miles northwest of Tupelo”. His plan was not to hurt people but, his reasoning on why to it was unquestioned.
