Leads, no LEDES

1) Firefighters were called to 102 11th Ave.  A cat was stuck up in a 15ft tree.  One firefighter ended up with a broken leg at St. Lukes Hospital.  He is “just doing fine”.

2) False alarms were sounded at East High School last Wednesday.  A food fight broke out and shut the cafeteria Tuesday. Overall, ten upperclassmen have been suspended in result of these events.

3) An overturned Texaco gasoline truck has spilled creating sewer and gas liquids to mix above and below ground for 2 square blocks.  It happened at 48th and Correctioville Rd.  Four families have been evaculated.

    You’re being too brief, Chris. There’s a bit more to these stories than can be put into two sentences. Just consider what you would think if you read #2. Without any context you would think East High was going nuts, and that doesn’t even include the pot smoking.
