MIDLAND, NE. – After a tough few weeks, many may know about the recent deaths of 3 animals at Midland Zoo. We are sad to inform the public that polar bear Homer (16), bobcat Regina (10), and giraffe Kenya (6), passed away due to natural causes and a rare accident.

Researchers at Midland Zoo are doing the best investigation they can so Midland Zoo and other Zoos across the world can help save animals from endangerment.

Polar Bears and other animals have thrived in our Zoo since 1984. We love our animals and are heartbroken by the lost of our dearest friends. The zoo will be conducting special ceremonies for the animals soon and a date will be related to the public.
