The U.S. Air Force is partnering up with the Department of Defenses in order to build an airplane that goes 5 times faster than the speed of light. This is about 3,800 miles per hour. This will get you from New York all the way to London in less than 90 minutes. This would also get you from New York to Las Angeles in less then 30 minutes.

The Match 5 is what this plane will be called and the Air Force is confidant that this plane will be airborne in 2023 which is only 3 years away. Experts say that this type of plane could be made sooner but the mechanics are just being worked out so it is also safe.

“The U.S. is decades ahead of China and Russia who are also building a similar aircraft”-Richard Aboulafia, analyst at aerospace and defense industry advisory firm Teal Group.

This is some awesome news because 2020 was looking bad, but this new invention gave something to look forward to. I think it is cool how you can travel completely across the United States in less than half an hour. The future is upon us and I can’t wait to see it unravel.

Tiger Woods changed the game of golf for the better in 1996 when he turned into a professional golfer. Tiger Changed the game because he was bigger than everyone else and he was longer than everybody. This lead to the dominate career that he has had over the past 2 decades. Tournaments are worth millions because of him, he brought revenue into the sport and made people watch him. He has won 82 tournaments along with 15 major tournaments won. Tiger is tied with Sam Sneed for the most wins on the PGA tour.

Tiger Was so much longer than any other player that a couple courses had to change them and make them longer just so they were “tiger proof”. In no other sport has there been a change in the rules or the game simply because they were just to dominate. But Tiger Woods proved that the future of golf you have to lift weights and hit the ball far in order to compete.

Tiger has also faced his struggles with some pain and more specifically his back pain. His back problems made him miss 2016 season and part of 2017. But Tiger being Tiger and him having the mindset of never giving up he bounced back and became apart of the winning circle again and won the 2018 masters. Something that no one thought he would ever do again. This story of Tiger coming back shows that an injury won’t stop someone who is determined and has the mindset like Tiger Woods has.

An asteroid the size of Massachusetts discovered in the 1960s and about three times farther away from the sun than our planet could yield secrets about Earth’s molten core, and scientists want to learn all about it. Using data from the Hubble space telescope it is an estimated worth of $10,000 quadrillion. This is more than the entire economy of our entire planet put together.

So why is this asteroid so special? Well it is thought to be made up of Iron and Nicole, something that we value a lot. This rock is located between Mars and Jupiter and is one of the biggest objects in the asteroid belt! Even just .1% of this rock could be worth up to millions of dollars!

NASA has set a date for the launch of a no name rover to go to the rock in 2022. It will take an estimated 22 months for the rover to touchdown and discover what is on this massive rock. We are wanting to discover more about the universe and more about Earths inner core. We believe that this mission will successfully tell us more about how our universe was made and more about our planet.

Space has always fascinated me because there are so many things that are bigger than our own planet and bigger than we can even imagine. A rock the size of a whole state boggles my mind and the fact that on that rock has a value of the worlds entire economy and then some is insane. I hope oneway or another we get to this asteroid and we find out the mysteries of our own universe.

In any professional sport winning the championship is the biggest thing a team can accomplish if its the Super Bowl (Football), MLS Cup (soccer), World Series (Baseball), NBA Finals (Basketball), or even the Stanley cup (Hockey). But one rare thing is to have 2 champions come from the same city.

2020 may not be the year for most people but for the Las Angles Lakers and the L.A. Dodgers they are having a good time in the city of champions. The lakers won their 17th championship and for Lebron James his 6th and his 6th MVP. Shortly after the Lakers won the L.A. Dodgers won the World Series in game 6 against the Tampa Bay Rays.

The only problem is because of COVID there will be no parades to celebrate these amazing accomplishments. This is the first time a city has won in different sports in more than 50 years the last being San Diego.

The second presidential debate is to be held tonight in Nashville TN and there are some things people should notice during tonights debate. The first big change is that the candidates mic will be muted for 2 minutes while the other one is talking. This is to prevent the other party from interfering and making the other get off task. This was a huge problem with Trump interrupting Biden in the first debate.

One thing to look out for is will Trump dial it back? He was a little reckless and obnoxious during the first debate so it will be interesting to see how he responds to the mics being muted, will he yell instead? will he let Biden finish? All eyes are on president Trump and how he carries himself throughout this debate.

Another thing to look for is Joe running out the clock. Meaning he takes what is asked and he turns it into an intelligent answer one that relates to the American people. Biden doesn’t have to do much as he leads in the polls, the one thing that would hold him back is if he answers a question poorly or says something that he might regret later.

Either way I think that it is still ridicules that this is the best America has to offer with candidates. My wish is to watch an actual debate tonight and not 2 grown men act like 11 year olds arguing to their mom. I think that both need to take this seriously especially President Trump who always seems to be the instigator. This debate is forsake going to be interesting and fun to watch.

James Hobson has created a real life lightsaber from the movie series ‘Star Wars’. Using laser technology the YouTube created a real life lightsaber that can cut through wood, plastic and even some types of metal.

The lightsaber is made out of plasma that is held together by a magnetic beam to make it look and resemble a real like lightsaber. “By adding additional chemicals to the mix, different colors can be made: Sodium chloride (table salt) turns the beam yellow, Boric acid makes green; strontium chloride goes red; and calcium chloride produces an amber color”.

This real lightsaber was only a matter of time before someone built it. I think that it is one of the coolest things someone has invented in a really long time. Having one of these would protect your house or yourself more than a gun, especially if you had a red one. I would certainly buy one if the price was right. But I think this is awesome and James Hobson did an amazing job with this cool sword.

The debate that was scheduled for next week has just been announced that it will be held virtually instead of in person. Originally the debate was supposed to be in Miami Florida in a town hall.

Since the debate is now being held virtually Joe Biden and his campaign have agreed but Trump and his campaign said no. “I’m not going to do a virtual debate, it’s a waist of my time” says president Trump. There is no law that states president Trump has to participate so he doesn’t have to show up.

Part of the reason why president Trump won’t participate is because they would be able to stop his audio whenever they want so he can’t interrupt. In someways this would be a good thing because there would be fewer interruptions and the debate would move more smoothly.

In my opinion I think the debate should be unperson but since Trump has covid its for the safety of everyone to have the debate virtual. I think that it’s fine if he doesn’t want to do it because it can be hard having a debate over the computer. However he could have been nicer and respect the debate some more

Last night was the first presidential debate, and a chance for America to get a first look of what our future might look like. Instead we just got a couple of guys in their 70s arguing like babies. “Will you just shut up, man” says Joe after Trump interrupted him for the 100th time. No one could get a full sentence out without being interrupted especially Joe.

Donald gets a D for a grade for his debate because if his lack of focus on the questions, not able to let Biden finish, and for making rude and mean remarks towards Joe during or after he talked.

Joe gets a D as well because of his inability to focus, inability to stay on topic, lost a lot of possible voters, and not letting president Trump finish at times.

Overall I think it is terrible that this is the best America has to offer and I find it quite scary that I seem more mature than our current president ( maybe because if I debate I listen to what the other party has to say but that’s just me). America seems like it may be in trouble for the next four years but who knows, maybe future debates may change my mind, probably not, but maybe.

A man was spotted on a bus in England Monday morning wearing a 4ft long snake as a face mask! “At first I thought it was a funky mask” but then the reptile moved and quick to find out it was not a mask. “No one batted an eyelid.”

As crazy as it seems for someone to put a snake around their face like that, it is not proper COVID-19 attire and police made him put on a real mask after discovering the snake was his only protection.

People are coming up with odd and crazy forms of masks and shields. This man in Manchester had the right idea, just didn’t fit the guidelines.

In my opinion its a unique idea to have a reptile as your mask but it doesn’t help prevent the spread of the virus. Using a snake as a mask is actually quite dangerous because it is a wild animal. It can easily bite someone else or choke him. Snakes do not belong in public places nor on peoples faces. Please take notes of this action and don’t put a animal on your face saying its a face mask

The Dallas Cowboys played their first game of the season Monday night against the L.A. Rams. The Cowboys lost 20-17 with a chance to tie going into the last few minutes of the 4th quarter. Dad Prescott is the quarterback and caption of the team. He was asking for 45 million for 5 years but cowboys saw different and put a franchise tag on him.

After going 8-8 last year Dak thought leading a team that was even, was good enough for him to ask for that much. a bust season last year and the start of a bust season this year. The Cowboys better thing of something quick before it is to late and yet again out of the playoffs.

Some changes were made though in the coaching staff of the cowboys. Head coach and former player Jason Garrett was fired and then hired by the Giants as their head offensive coach.

Will the Cowboys turn it around this year and make a playoff run and win yet another super bowl or will they do what they did last year and choke another playoff run.
