Youtube star Olivia Jade college admissions scandal (news comment 16)

Olivia Jade and mother Lori Loughlin

Olivia Jade, a youtube star, was involved in a college admissions scandal approximately 8 months ago with her parents, actress Lori Loughlin and designer Mossimo Giannulli.

Her parents were arrested in March for their involvement in a college admissions scandal at University of Southern California, where they paid $500,000 to get both of their daughters into college.

The parents labeled them as recruits to the USC crew team so they could get into the school, neither have ever participated in a sport.

Olivia’s parents were charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud – pled not guilty.

Youtube star has not decide whether or not to go back to school or get involved with any education quite yet.

Sources about Olivia say: “She feels she hasn’t been a part of any wrongdoing and feels tricked by her parents into going to a school that wasn’t even her top choice. Right now she wants to prove she can do it on her own, and she thinks going back to school will help renew her image.”

This news article was very interesting. Maybe because I have heard of her and have watched some of her videos, but it probably is not that interesting for men and people who have never seen any of her videos. But it could be interesting for the people who like fraud cases like the one her parents were involved in. So, this article could be for a variety of people. They are a well known family so that is how it could be newsworthy.
