Diane Nguyen is a junior majoring in English/Creative Writing. She is the Student Government Vice President and Morningside Activities Council President.
The Student Government Vice President is automatically in charge of the Morningside Activities Council (MAC). To be one, is to be the other. The position is designed this way so that the two sister activities maintain a good relationship with another. The Student Government Vice President brings back all MAC related news to the Student Government.
The vice president not only holds their own executive council, but also a committee on the Student Government known as the MAC Committee. The MAC committee changes every year on what tasks they are assigned to do. This year it will be more MAC oriented: such as cleaning the MAC Cave, giving back both negative and positive feedback on events, and going shopping for future MAC Events.
Outside of the Student Government and MAC, life she is one of three Commuter Assistants for the Commuter Connection and she works for Residence Life. Outside of school she likes snuggling with her cat, October, sleeping in her shark onesie, and eating pizza.

Student Government Meetings are Tuesday in the in the Student Government Office, located in the lower level of the Olsen Student Center, at 6:30pm.
MAC Meetings are Wednesdays in the Student Government Office, located in the lower level of the Olsen Student Center, at 6pm.
