By Amber Burg– If you are looking to do some early holiday shopping and don’t want to brave the cold weather, go down to the Eppley Auditorium lobby Thursday, November 20 and Friday, November 21 for an art sale.
The sale, hosted by the Art Club, starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 6 p.m. Art Club members will have their work available for purchase. Items for sale include prints, photos, jewelry, Christmas cards, and many more holiday items.
Students won’t be the only ones having their work up for sale; faculty members like John Bowitz, Hanh Shufro, and Dan Cunningham will artwork featured. Items for sale include their handmade ceramics and pottery. Even though these are professionally made, they will still be at affordable prices.
The Art Club president, Scott Martinson, will also be there with his art material to create on site portrait drawings. Scott has been a consecutive winner in the on-campus art show with his portraits and drawings, so don’t miss this opportunity.
