by Payton Miller– KMSC posted on all their social media platforms this Monday that they are in search of a brand new permanent logo for the station.
The search for a new logo will run from November 16th to December 9th and will be open to anyone on the Morningside Campus who wants to submit an entry. KMSC’s student station manager, Caden Schulte, will be running the competition.
“We’ve had our current logo for at least the last decade. I’m excited to bring some change to the department,” Schulte said. Schulte has been working on launching the competition since the beginning of the year. The student directors at KMSC are hoping to receive as many entries as they can for their competition.
The goal of the competition will be to give KMSC the opportunity to network on campus and have students just a little more aware of Campus Media and what we do.
“This is a great opportunity for both Campus Media and other departments to network and see the creativity of Morningside’s students,” said Schulte.
The winner will be awarded a 35 dollar Target gift card and will be acknowledged across all of their media platforms. The competition will be open to anyone on campus and all entries can be sent to Caden Schulte for the chance to win.
