Last week three college football players were killed. The University of Virginia senior, Christopher Darnell Jones Jr, charged with shooting five fellow students, three of whom were killed, appeared by video in a brief court hearing on Wednesday morning, where he was ordered held without bail.

Jones, who turns 23 on Thursday, has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder, two counts of malicious wounding and five counts of using a handgun in the commission of a felony.

Jones was a walk-on player on the team in 2018 and did not play in any games. The three players killed Sunday night were Devin Chandler, Lavel Davis Jr. and D’Sean Perry.

After the shooting the school decided to cancel their football game against Coastal Carolina, which was supposed to be the last home game of the season.

This article is very well written. It is objective and neutral. It is always impressive when people can stay neutral when writing these types of articles. The length of it was good and it seemed to be that all the information the public know so far was included.
