International business is a crucial part of the business world these days.  Most major companies that are hesitating or refusing to go international, are being left in the dust and seeing drops in sales or even closing down.  And as we all know, our biggest concern in business is protecting the shareholders.  This is why we have to do whatever it takes, even if we feel it is not right in cases, to honor other countries practices in beliefs.  In a lot of countries like Japan and the Middle East, women are treated much different than men are in the business world. If it takes an all men representation staff for the meetings in the Middle East for us to secure a big business deal then that is what needs to be done.  I believe women are plenty capable if not more capable in some instances in business, but it is not mine or your beliefs that matter to them over there.  If there are women in higher spots in companies that feel discriminated against in this instance, they need to take a step back and decide if they are above the company.  If they have to sit out of a few meetings just to please the customers than the good women employees will understand they are doing it for the good of the company.
