Print may be starting to die off, but journalism as a whole can still go strong. Looking at everything from the past that has disappeared to be replaced by some new technology or way, the main concept is still there. It just reinvents itself and improved to fit with the growing ways of technology and people’s needs. Everyone is always going to need someone to find the facts and what exactly happened in the world. Print eventually will die out completely, but it will be replaced with online newspapers, news twitters, phone apps, and any other new technology to come. It is going to constantly have to change and adapt to society but it will survive because people do not have the time to do all the fact finding themselves. They will want the news and updates to be easy to access. However, it may have to struggle for a bit to find its new place in society, trying new things. Citizen Journalism is new and different but it won’t get the story right every time, but they can be used by journalist to get hard facts on what happened. The new version of journalism that will emerge is going to have to use new technology, have their facts straight, be fast, and easy to access and use.

That last sentence pretty much cuts to the chase, Amber. I would add “accurate” to the list. There’s already plenty of crap on the internet. If information is to be useful, it needs to be reliably accurate.
