Did you know in your lifetime you will walk 110,000 miles on average?
According to ZME Science, the average person walks around 7,500 steps per day. If you maintain that average and live until you are 80 years old, you’ll have walked over 215 billion steps! ZME Science took this a step further, as they figured out mathematically that if you continue these average strides per day, then you will have walked around 110,000 miles in your lifetime. This distance is about equivalent to walking around the earth 5 times!
