I love learning more about the places I go and their history. The statue of War Eagle was one I saw many times from a distance driving by and describes a part of Sioux City’s history. I grew up watching Formula 1 and love watching this still. I purchased a Red Bull Racing jacket and wear it almost every day. I have always loved to draw. This is one of my favorite drawings I have ever done and I secretly believe it to be one of my best. I am originally from the Netherlands and have always loved traveling and meeting people from different places. Morningside has students from so many different countries and I always love hearing stories about all of their countries. This is a windmill from the Windmill Park in Orange City, a Dutch community. This shows my first tattoo that I got when I was 17. I have gotten three more since then. I love hearing about people’s tattoos and the meaning behind them as I love the meaning behind mine. I love being outside and I love reading. But what’s better than reading a book outside and even with a pretty sunset and the soothing sound of the fountain. I have always loved dogs and I have to pet them when they walk past me. I always ask the owners of the dog if I can pet their dog and it makes my day. I love playing sports and have played various sports throughout my life. The sport I started with was tennis which I played for 7 years and have kept playing on my own time after that. Iowa has gorgeous sunsets, which are always amazing to watch. The colors are always so pretty and every sunset is unique, which is why I like them so much.
