PRIDE & PREUDICE:

Character Analysis: Jane Bennet

Jane has a good heart and a good nature. The oldest of the five Bennet daughters, she is gentle, honest and tries to keep Elizabeth in check and out of trouble. It is said she is the most beautiful of the five children. She is positive and upbeat and tries to keep the energy in the room calm and happy, no matter the situation. She seems to be in the happiest marriage of the married sisters although her marriage to Mr. Bingley is quite dull. She’s quiet and soft-spoken, unlike Elizabeth. She sees the world as good, through rose-colored glasses.
