Overall I would say that I have learned quite a bit this semester. It was one of my harder classes this semester and sometimes I did not get to finish the reading because I had other classes to read for as well. But this course has helped me learn how to make connections between things. Some courses just are just full of busywork, this class was definitely not one of those classes, everything we read had its purpose and connection to the class. I would definitely take another class from Jessica.

I agree with you that this class was different. I have taken quite a few theology/religion classes, but none that have explained religions other than Christianity or Judaism. I also agree that the readings were challenging, but when done they made a difference in my understanding.

I agree that this class is not like other classes. It really helps you see that school and class is more than just being able to repeat definitions and facts. It is about finding connections in life. Has this helped you to connect information from other classes to your life?
