No Stranger Danger: Harassing Morningside Folks to End an Epic Quest
Interview:
Upon entering Student Services in Lewis Hall, I went on an epic search for Shari Benson. I was on a quest given to me from Fundamentals of Journalism class. My responsibility was to obtain a good piece of advice from someone that wasn’t my friend, professor, or have any relation to me.
I warily entered the Student Services Center, expecting to find all the ladies that work there bustling about, trying to get their work done. Ironically, they weren’t busy at all and Shari was all up to helping me complete my quest.
At the time, Shari was wearing a white shirt with a blue-green over shirt, a light pea green skirt, and sand colored slip on. But, what really was a unexpected combination with the cool colors was her hot pink nails, which she had done for the neon theme for some event.
I approached her warmly and she gave me a loving one-arm bear hug. She asked me what I needed from her. I told her I was to obtain one good piece of advice and write about how I got the advice to turn in for class.
Before I asked her for the advice, she was having a conversation with one of my classmates from Experimental Psychology. They discussed about how kids start appreciating their parents upon entering college. Therefore, when I asked Shari for advice, her advice to me was to appreciate my parents.

I like the detail about the nails, Cammy. School spirit. One-arm bear hug is good, too. Good visuals. Shari has a nice laugh; did you get to hear it?
