A tragic plane crash at Kennedy International left five people dead. The plane was in the process of taking off when it unexpectedly crashed into the ground.

Two professors from Backwater State University were among the 45 people on board when the crash occurred. They were both coming back from different conferences in New York City and happened to be on the same flight. Neither experienced injuries and seem to be in good health.

There are no reports of any injuries outside of the five very unfortunate deaths.
