Me officiating a varsity basketball game last winter.

My name is Caleb Lubbers, and I am currently a junior at Morningside University, although it is only my second year on campus. I graduated from Woodbury Central High School in Moville, Iowa, which is a small town just outside of Sioux City. I am a Mass Communications and Political Science double-major, and I wish to go on to law school after I complete my undergraduate degrees.

I like to watch sports, golf, and hang out with friends. I’m also a big political junkie, always attempting to stay up-to-date on national news. I’m the varsity golf coach for Woodbury Central in the spring. I officiate high school varsity football, basketball, and baseball, which takes up a considerable amount of time and fortunately pays extremely well.

At Morningside, I am a sophomore student Senator. I am the student-station manager for KMSC, the campus’s student-run radio station. I also am the Vice President for the Morningside University Republicans.
