The outside is crunchy like on overcooked pastry but on purpose its not burnt. once you get past the initial crunch you get to the soft(squishy but firm) chocolate filling. As you take a bite the food holds together its shape but crumbles in your mouth falling onto your shirt. it tastes like the essence of chocolate with only a hint of sugar.
