This blog belongs to Morningside College’s Student Technology Assistant, known as Ask A Tech. This position is currently run by senior, Jenn Buckhahn. Jenn is a counseling psychology and music major, who has a knack for computers.
Jenn has certifications through Apple as a Certified Macintosh Technician. She is great with the Macs, and all the software involved with them. Don’t worry, she knows Windows too! Jenn is here to assist students, faculty and staff with their application support needs.
Jenn’s summer hours are by appointment only. You can reach her by e-mailing here.
Beginning in September, Jenn will have ‘office’ hours in the Technology Service Center and the Learning Center as follows. Also available by appointment
