Why do we “need” stories?

Filed under: Uncategorized — Michelle @ 4:34 pm

I agree with a lot of the reasons listed in the book as far as why we need stories. Stories are a way of telling about history, learning law, and getting to know new things that we may not be familiar with. Stories are a way of taking us out of our own lives into learning about the lives of others. If there weren’t stories, we would all just be so focused on our own lives and completely unaware of other things going on in the world.
