Mastons claims she &#8220;suffered permanent bodily and mental injuries, incurred medical expenses and lost income.&#8221; Mastons has filed a lawsuit claiming the market was negligent in maintaining the safety of their store.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The suit was filed for 100,000 in reparations for mastons injuries and loss of income due to the accident.
