One aspect of baseball that can be easily overlooked by a fan or observer is the nutrition needed by an athlete to perform at their best and have enough energy to get through a long day of games. Schools that do not have as much funding as a division 1 school have to resort to cheaper options that may not fulfull an athletes nutritional needs. This causes lots of stress on the body and makes an athlete extremely fatigued at the completion of their contests.
