Comparing my story and PR Newswire.com Assignment

So, there’s a pretty big difference between my story for this semester and the PR Newswire story. The main contrast comes from how I use grammar and vocabulary. Sometimes, I use fancy words that might confuse readers or make it hard for them to understand the story the way I want them to. Another thing I struggle with is using too many unnecessary adjectives. I always want to give them as much information as possible and make it clear which is dispensable sometimes. However, the only thing I realized that are abit alike, probably be the outline and how to write in the right form and make it shortly that I’ve learnt from this class the whole time.

  1. Look again at the PR stories, Winyou. (You have time.) What I want you to look at, for example, is objectivity and subjectivity. Also, how do the leads compare? Who is the audience for the PR story? Is it the same as a news story?

The stylistic elements you mention are less important.
