“Tee Yod” in Thailand or “Death Whisperer” in English. It is a true story that has been told by the owner’s mother since 1972, It is about A ghoul who possesses the elder sister of a family causing various events to occur.

From the ultimate ability of the storyteller to a movie that can terrify audiences has been proven and ready to be shown in more than 20 countries. As of November 19, 2023, it has earned a staggering revenue of 420 million baht (120 million dollars Ish) within just 26 days of its release.

The Major Group, which operates movie theaters, has released a list of countries where “Thee Yod” will be screened. These countries include Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Russia, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Moldova, and Kyrgyzstan.

The story of Tee Yod has been shared and narrated by a storyteller on various platforms, such as The Ghost Radio YouTube channel. This has generated interest among my interviewees abroad, who have been following this story for a period of 7-8 years.

Unfortunately, some Thai horror fans in America or other countries don’t have a chance to watch it in theaters due to no screening occurring.

“I am eagerly anticipating watching this movie in a Thai cinema when I’m back home. I hope it won’t be out of the theaters soon,” expressed one of my interviewees, Kao. She is a fan of horror stories, and her personality is drawn to studying paranormal activities that have an element of fear.

The other two individuals, Pim and Aum, are also apprehensive about scary things, but they still want to watch it. “We have heard and seen this story on the internet for a long time, but we have never read or listened to it. The reason we want to watch it is that we genuinely want to support and promote Thai movies on an international scale and let outsiders know that we have the talent to produce films as well.”

However, Tee Yod or Death Whisperer is not the first Thai movie that has gone international but Tee Yod is going to become the first best film by adapting the story from radio and books. Which right now it is still being shown in cinemas to create buzz and prepare for its international release.

At 7 am, the oldest polar bear at the Midland Zoo had died in the pool of its exhibit after feeding. Zookeeper Sara N. Getty also mention that the other two bears named Yukon, 9 year old, and McKenzie, female 10 year old, were moved from the exhibit and being watched by the staff.

“Homer was a very curous and playful polar bear and we will miss him terribly” she said. Polar bear had been raising at the zoo since 1985. Which main purpose of the exhibit is to enage in natural its behaviors mostly. The bears are likely the ambassadors for their wild realtives, educating zoo visitors about these threatened animals.

What does Morningside gain from the story? – Campus doesn’t really get anything special from this news. If I say, it would be helping Morningside students feel more comfortable during the high-stress periods, exam times, or even homesick.

So, there’s a pretty big difference between my story for this semester and the PR Newswire story. The main contrast comes from how I use grammar and vocabulary. Sometimes, I use fancy words that might confuse readers or make it hard for them to understand the story the way I want them to. Another thing I struggle with is using too many unnecessary adjectives. I always want to give them as much information as possible and make it clear which is dispensable sometimes. However, the only thing I realized that are abit alike, probably be the outline and how to write in the right form and make it shortly that I’ve learnt from this class the whole time.

Joseph is an immature person, he is really good at pushing people’s buttons or making them feel annoying. When he was in the middle school, one of his friends told him to stop swinging or kicking his legs underneath the table because it interrupted her studies, and she was yelling to him lastly. In the last 2-3 years, I went to my elementary school, Don Bosco Vitthaya School, after I and my couple of friends finished having eating barbecue together. This idea literally came up in my head that I would really want to see and surround the educational institution late at night time which was really like ghost hunting more or less, but I was going to be disrespectful to the place or somebody else at all. In fact, we had a purpose to visit there due to one of my friends forgot his project over there, so it was the right moment to do both things we desired. Before we got into the place, there was a security came to have a conversation to make sure we were not going to do some stupid things that led to damage to the school, also he said “Don’t dare to reach the football field, if you guys want to have any trouble afterward” we all were confused with the words he said but we didn’t ask him a depth detail. After we got a scary story from an old security man, we headed to the grandstand where was near a football field but along the way we were going there we met a group of boarding students who were doing their assignments under the building. It reminded me of the moment that I did as same as they did when I was a child although it was not too late like this, nothing has changed at all since I left this school. And whenever my friend found his stuff, we went back to our home without anything bad happening that night.

My personality hasn’t really liked eating something sweet since the beginning, so the first one that’s named Necco Wafer did not make me impress at all. Bean boozled, I’ve heard it for a while in my country and some sources like YouTube. Anyway, this is my first-time trail eating this, I got lucky not getting one of those bad flavors.

Let’s move to our next topic, as we all know Morningside University has many sports to play and the most popular is football. But today we are going to focus on the tennis team what they are doing after the fall season has ended, and what plans they do have or prepare for the spring season coming up soon. Since head coach, Alex Struck, recruited more players to build up the team much stronger than last year obviously, the GPAC individual tournament was a guarantee, and showed how much we wanted to win. For our last topic, an accomplishment of the goal of this year, 2023, is one thing we cannot reject that everyone must have in their mind, which all of those things can be successful or abortive. Anyway every year all of us not depend on the goal we have only, we don’t have to make it a success or achieve it as quickly as possible, just setting goals and taking action with them is enough to make ourselves better every year. -Ask the interviewee what goals they have and they’ve made it or not, how do they feel with it?, what is your next goal for nexy year?-“Quote”
