However, Dakota Wesleyan could barely miss, and Morningside couldn\u2019t find an offensive groove, resulting in a 101-72 lopsided loss.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt started with the starting five. Compared to Morningside\u2019s overall 36.5 pefcent over the course of the game, the Mustangs struggled to string together consecutive scoring possessions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were definitely hot, but our defensive energy early in the game made them that way,\u201d continued Tegtmeier.<\/p>\n<p>Matt Hahn and Bryce Koch lead the scoring effort for the Mustangs with 14 points each. Tegtmeier finished with 13, and Tyler Borchers finished with 11.<\/p>\n<p>The Mustangs travel to Orange City next Wednesday to take on the 13th ranked Northwestern College Raiders at 8 pm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNorthwestern will be a tough game, obviously.
