She also is a member of the English honor society Sigma Tau Delta, and she was on the poetry selection board for the <i>Kiosk<\/i> literary magazine.<\/p>\n<p>Omicron Delta Kappa is Morningside\u2019s campus leadership honor society. Every month, they select a student who best exemplifies leadership qualities in many or all of its five pillars of excellence (Scholarship; Athletics; Campus\/ Community Service, Social\/Religious Activities, and Campus Government; Journalism, Speech and the Mass Media; and Creative and Performing Arts) as the campus\u2019s Student Leader of the Month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Hannah Hecht&#8211;\u00a0Congratulations to Diane Nguyen, Omicron Delta Kappa\u2019s Student Leader of the Month for September.
