By Jazmine Dirks– \u201cI\u2019m surprised I hadn\u2019t heard of her before, her voice is so beautiful,\u201d\u00a0said a new member of MAC and sophomore at the college, Taylor Hatting, moved\u00a0by Pestle\u2019s singing ability.<\/p>\n Pestle, 22, sang several of her original songs of her debut album \u201cFor the Sky.\u201d\u00a0Her show included \u201cEnough for Me,\u201d \u201cMake You Hurt,\u201d and \u201cThese Two Hands\u201d just to name\u00a0a few.<\/p>\n A carefully crafted mix of Lady GaGa, Journey, Cee Lo Green covers really got the crowd excited. A few audience members could even be seen singing along.\u00a0Pestle\u2019s music is thoughtful and her lyrics are completely relatable to her\u00a0audience. Her laid back feel, and witty banter between songs kept the\u00a0audience of college students on the edge of their seats.<\/p>\n As Pestle\u2019s tour continues at colleges throughout the Midwest, Morningside\u2019s<\/p>\n Activities Council is looking forward to January 25.
