Between classes, practices, campus jobs, and trying to squeeze in a social life, it\u2019s easy for your schedule to feel overwhelming and stressful. But with a few simple strategies, staying on top of everything doesn\u2019t have to be stressful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step is to plan ahead. Take a few minutes at the start of each week to look over your classes, deadlines, and activities. Using a calendar, a notes app, or even Google Calendar can make a huge difference. Seeing your week planned out helps you stay organized and avoid surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, use your small breaks wisely. Those 30- to 45-minute gaps between classes are perfect for reviewing notes, replying to emails, grabbing a snack at Buck\u2019s, or getting a coffee at Spoonholder. It\u2019s amazing how much you can get done in short periods of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, remember that it\u2019s okay to say no sometimes.
