The results of a blustery Saturday on the pitch saw Midland’s soccer teams leave Sioux City with a win and a tie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Morningside’s women (6-6-2) played from behind most of the afternoon. It wasn’t until three minutes remained on the clock that Roselynn Boseman knotted the score at 3-all and salvaged a tie. Samantha O’Roy and Keyera Harmon also scored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mustang men (3-6-6) held the Warriors scoreless through most of the first half. Michal Goral’s score in the 44th minute was all Midland needed for the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next up for Morningside is Mount Marty Sept. 22 in Olsen Stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
