The top-ranked Mustangs took it to the wire in their season debut. Balanced scoring and a big safety gave them the win over #3 Northwestern 30-29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaac Pingel’s third-quarter sack in the west Roberts Stadium endzone ended up being the difference. QB Joe Dolincheck threw for three touchdowns and 351 yards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
